Make anywhere from 4 to 8 turns around the post with the hackle.
Start the turns at the top of the reinforcement and wind down toward
the hook shank. Wraps should be made counter clockwise as viewed
from above the fly. The number of turns are usually dictated by the
water you are fishing; more turns for turbulent water, less for smooth.
