Tying the IOBO flymph is, like the other IOBOs, a fast and easy chore. It took me 4 minutes and 43 seconds in the video ... too much talking and not enough action, it's faster to tie than that. Materials are: 



     HOOK:   Size and type of your choice, here a #16 Natural bend
   THREAD:   6/0 or 8/0 Depending on hook size
     REST:   2 CDC Feathers of contrasting color
Beginning at the mid-point of the hook, lay a thread base slightly into the bend. Leave a long tag of the thread for use as a rib. To be honest, the rib probably isn't needed; I originally thought it might make the flymph more durable.
